Brian Burnie's Charity Wish List!

(i)    To establish and fund a Marie Curie/Macmillan cancer nurse for
North Northumberland.
(ii)    To create a number of small teams of volunteers to transport
patients from both North and West Northumberland who require, for example, chemo- or radiotherapy treatment, from their home to hospital in the south of the country. If appropriate the volunteer could wait whilst they have their treatment and then bring them home, all in a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, plus once home, if required, a nice cup of Ringtons tea, all free of charge.
(iii)    The 'wish list' goes on, but children's cancer has to be the big
one!
