Learn the tricks of the trade from local TV chef and author Mark Baumann in a fun but informative cookery class at Bertazzonis' state of the art showroom in Earls Colne.
A maximum group size of six people will ensure you get the most out of the course - with bags of personal instruction and guidance. Meanwhile, the easy going, interactive nature of these sessions, with ample time for discussion, will help you put your newly learned skill into practice with confidence when you return home.
The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as a memento of their day. Please see www.baumannsbrasserie.co.uk for more details.
