Nam is based on an ancient Korean tribe. I've depicted both a woman and a man."

Each elephant sculpture is made from fibreglass, with a sturdy steel structure within the legs, and weighs approximately 70kg..

Standing elephant dimensions (without plinth): 148 cm (H) x 165 cm (L) x 75 cm (W)
Sitting elephant dimensions (without plinth): 145 cm (H) x 180 cm (L) x 120 cm (W)
Jumping elephant dimensions (without plinth): 183 cm (H) x 113 cm (L) x 90 cm (W)

At Elephant Parade's discretion, sponsors can buy their elephant at 7,000 GBP. This process will remove the elephant from the online and live auctions.

The price you pay for the elephant sculpture is including transport from The Netherlands to London Cadogan Tate's. If you have not instructed us otherwise, we will expedite your elephant to London. From there, we kindly ask you to pay for transport.

The funds raised from the sale of your elephant will go towards Elephant Family's vital work to save them from extinction in the wild.

This is a preview lot, the highest online bid on this lot will be entered into the live auction event, taking place on the 9 September 2010 at 20.00h.  Should your bid be higher than any other bid placed at the live event you will win the auction.  Please note that any maximum bid you place on-line will also be carried through to the live auction - for more details, please see our "Elephant FAQs" page.  You will be informed by email whether you were successful or unsuccessful. The bids for this lot will be made in pounds sterling. The exchange rate that we will use to convert your pound sterling bids into euros will be the reference rate from the European Central Bank on the the day the preview auction ends.

In onze steeds voller wordende wereld is er eenvoudigweg niet meer voldoende ruimte voor de Aziatische olifant. Uw deelname aan Elephant Parade helpt ons hier wat aan te doen. Met uw hulp trachten wij het woongebied van de olifanten weer zoveel mogelijk aan hen terug te geven. Wij danken u voor uw steun!

Let op dat uw bod exlusief 19% btw, mocht uw bod winnen komt de btw er nog bij.

De kunstolifant is gemaakt van fiberglas, versterkt met een stalen frame in de poten van de olifant. De olifant weegt ± 70kg.

Elephant Parade biedt sponsors de mogelijkheid hun olifant voorafgaand aan de veiling af te kopen voor een bedrag van 7,000 GBP, daarom kunnen sommige van deze olifanten niet meer in de veiling worden aangeboden.

In Emmen blijven de olifanten opgeslagen tot 11 september.
Wij maken u erop attent dat uw olifant voor 12 september dient te zijn opgehaald indien u de olifant niet laat thuisbezorgen.
De prijs die u betaalt voor de olifant is exclusief transportkosten. Voor een prijsopgaaf kunt u contact opnemen met onze vervoerder, Koerier Service Van Bergen, tel. 06 487 779 63.

Wij raden u aan eerst de voorwaarden door te nemen voordat u gaat bieden.

Op dit kavel kunt u een bod achterlaten. Het hoogste online bod wordt meegenomen in de veiling die op 9 september 2010 plaatsvindt in Emmen. Per email krijgt u bericht of u succesvol bent geweest en treft u een link aan om de betaling te verrichten. 

De bedragen zijn in Britse ponden. De gehanteerde wisselkoers zal de koers zijn op het moment dat het voorbieden eindigt. Wij baseren ons op de wisselkoers van de Europese Centrale Bank.
