The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is a UK charity dedicated to supporting all spinal cord injured people and their families.

Damage to the spinal cord through accident or illness may result in paralysis. But with the right support and information, people can still enjoy a full and independent life. At SIA we give support, information and advice to make that happen, as we believe that life needn't stop when you're paralysed.
