QMC Charity was founded to support the Idella Cooper Foundation - a registered charity based in Liberia West Africa managed by Surrey GP Dr Cooper.  It has built and staffed a surgery and a school in a rural community in this war-ravaged country, providing primary education and healthcare free at the point of delivery for almost a year.

QMC Charity is raising funds to support its holistic approach to promoting community welfare in a rural population.  The project seeks to develop a sustainable model for primary healthcare, education and community development which can be replicated throughout Liberia.
