The Fishermen’s Mission is the only national charity specifically providing emergency and welfare support to UK fishermen and their families. The charity receives no government funding and depends upon voluntary donations to continue its vital work. This includes initiatives to improve boat safety, help fishermen and their family plan for their future financially and provide financial support and counselling to families who have lost someone at sea.
