Elephant Nature Foundation is a registered charity which advocates and acts on behalf of the rights of Asian elephants.  Our mission is to increase awareness about the plight of the endangered Asian elephant, educate locals on the humane treatment of elephants, and provide sanctuary for rescued elephants at our award-winning nature parks.

Elephant Nature Park, our showpiece project in Northern Thailand, provides a safe home to rescued elephants that were previously abused and neglected; where they can learn to be free again and live a near a  natural life as possible.  Our park is open to visits and volunteer opportunities, providing a unique experience for visitors of all ages.  This model is now being replicated, in cooperation with the government in Surin, a province near Bangkok – a traditional hotspot for working elephants.

Jumbo Express, our community outreach program working in Northern Thailand provides emergency medical care to elephants who would otherwise receive none. It also works to build links with local communities and helps to improve human-elephant relationships.  Our brand-new project ‘journey to freedom’ helps elephant owners walk their elephants back to the jungle.  This journey takes 4 to 6 day where we invite tourist to join us where they can learn about elephants, see what jungle village live is like and also help us with various community projects.

One of the elephants, "I miss the Forest" (lot 25), in the Elephant Parade is being auction on our behalf, and is going to the live auction on the 3rd July - Please support us by placing a bid online before 2pm on 2nd July, or by placing a telephone bid at the live event (see Elephant FAQ's for more details).
