The Children's Fire and Burn Trust (CFBT) is committed to providing support for burn and scald injured children and their families. In parallel, we run education and public awareness programmes designed to prevent these injuries. We are the only UK charity working both nationally and internationally who are devoted solely to these areas.

We are determined that all children and their families should have access to care and support so that they can come to terms with their injuries and overcome the challenges of their ongoing treatment.

Many of these injuries are preventable and CFBT is dedicated to providing and delivering fire safety and burn prevention messages to children and carers, highlighting the risk of hot liquids.
