The Bedales Schools Development Trust (BSDT) exists to support Bedales, Dunhurst and Dunannie Schools. Its primary objective is to raise funds for the John Badley Foundation (JBF), which has been established to create life-changing opportunities for children who do not otherwise have the financial means to contemplate an independent school education. By fully funding bursaries to Bedales and Dunhurst, the scheme will broaden access to the schools. JBF awards are funded by donations, and overseen by trustees of the BSDT, who will be seeking to give places to students with the potential to change the world for the better.
